ABSTRACT

—— Poor science teaching efficacy is problem in education. The significance of Artificial Intelligence Competence and Digital Literacy as factors of Science Teaching Efficacy was determined. Using diagnostic research design, analyzing the 225 stratified random selected samples using multiple linear regression data analysis technique, the finding partially affirms Social Cognitive Theory, highlighting the significant strong influence (65%) of AI competence and digital literacy. Future studies may explore additional variables to trace the 35% variance in the criterion; and promote AI competence and digital literacy programs to strengthen science teaching efficacy.
