——This study aimed to determine the effect of Three-Dimensional Instruction on the Performance of Grade 8 Learners in Astronomy. It was conducted at the Laboratory Schools of University of Rizal System-Morong Campus during the third quarter of Academic Year 2023- 2024. The independent variables were the Three-Dimensional Instruction in Astronomy for Grade 8, Science 8 Astronomy topic learning competencies, pretest and posttest, and the Grade 8 learners, while the dependent variable was the level of performance of the learner-respondents. Mean and standard deviation were used to determine the level of performance, and one-sample t-test was used to identify if there was significant difference in the performance of the learners based on the results of the pretest and posttest. The researcher administered a 40-item pretest before the exposure of the selected learner-respondents to the developed material, implemented the ThreeDimensional Instruction in Astronomy for Grade 8 in the audio-visual room, administered an activity related to the material, and administered a 40-item posttest. The results revealed that the level of performance of the learner-respondents increased from Fairly Satisfactory in the pretest to Outstanding in the posttest. The results also showed a significant difference on the level of performance of the respondents since the computed p-values in all learning competencies did not exceed the 0.05 level of significance; thus, the null hypothesis was rejected. Based on the analysis of data collected and results obtained, the implementation of the developed three-dimensional instruction in Astronomy led to a substantial improvement in Grade 8 learners’ performance.
