—— This study determined the levels of employee motivation, engagement, satisfaction, and performance among Alsons Power Group. It identified the drivers of motivation, engagement, satisfaction, and performance among APG employees. Utilizing an exploratory sequential design, the research combined qualitative Key Informant Interviews and quantitative surveys to provide in-depth insights. Respondents were the representatives of Alsons Power Group employees across departments and levels, providing a holistic view of the organizational climate. Findings showed that employees report high motivation, engagement, and job satisfaction, mainly due to supportive leadership, open communication, growth opportunities, and a strong culture of camaraderie. However, drawbacks and setbacks in compensation and recognition emerged as concerns that could affect long-term organizational commitment. This study shows that while intrinsic and contextual factors support performance and engagement, addressing extrinsic rewards through consistent compensation and recognition is essential. It recommends that Alsons Power Group explore the implementation of a transparent reward system alongside existing cultural strengths to sustain motivation, improve retention, and promote organizational excellence.
