—— The main objective of this study was to explore the application of quantum leadership of school heads in the Division of Pampanga during the School Year 2024-2025 towards the development of a localized leadership framework. The researcher used the qualitative method. It is the kind of research that does not rely more on numerical measurement and figure interpretation. There were seven school heads who participated in the study. They were selected using purposive sampling technique. The researcher used semi-structured interview to gather data. The questions were validated before data gathering. Data were treated using thematic analysis. Results tell that the participants’ views on quantum leadership in the context of school leadership include Espousing Interconnectedness of Everything, Breaking the Command and Control Norm and Solving Problems in Non-Linear Path. School heads integrate quantum leadership in school setting by Adopting Shared-Decision Making, Nurturing Teachers’ Potential and Talent and Carving Innovative Solutions to Problems. Quantum leadership shaped the leadership capabilities of the target participants through Fostering Interconnectedness of People, Building New Dependable Leaders from the Ground and Instilling Excellence in Serving the People. The challenges of the participants in applying quantum leadership in schools are Erroneous Perception of People, Desire to become Ordinary and Fear to Try New Things. Using the themes that are created from the findings, the researcher came up with proposed localized leadership framework. Keywords: quantum leadership, school heads, serving people, management
