—— The researcher aimed to determine the performance assessment and feedback, non performance of administrative-related tasks and their relationship with teaching performance of junior high school teachers in Cluster 6, Division of Pampanga during the School Year 2024-2025. Quantitative approach was utilized for this research endeavor. To be more specific, a correlational design was implemented. There were 89 junior high school teachers who were requested to be the respondents. These teachers were selected randomly. Questionnaires and documentary analysis were utilized as instruments. Weighted mean, frequency and percentage and Pearson r were used for interpretation. Results tell junior high school teachers generally rated the performance assessments and feedback as effective based on its grand mean of 3.35. Respondents rated satisfaction the non-performance of administrative-related tasks recorded a mean of 2.82 (SD=0.37) or satisfied. 100.00% of the teachers have outstanding rating, which range from 4.50- 5.00. The relationship between effectiveness of the performance assessments and feedback and teaching performance of junior high school teachers recorded an r-value of 0.6534 and p-value of 0.0000. The relationship between satisfaction with the non-performance of administrative-related tasks and teaching performance of junior high school teachers recorded an r-value of 0.6219 and p-value of 0.0000. An action plan is crafted based on the findings of the study. Keywords: teaching performance, performance assessment, feedback, satisfaction
