——This research main premise was to assess the relationship of observed core values and academic performance of Grade 6 pupils during the School Year 2024-2025 as bases for proposed core values sustainability plan. The study adopted mixed method using sequential explanatory. The respondents of the study were the Grade 6 pupils. There were 308 pupils who were requested as the respondents. The researcher requested 10 teacher-participants in qualitative data gathering. Documentary analysis and semi-structured interview were used to gather data. Weighted mean and thematic analysis were applied for interpretation. Results tell that Grade 6 pupils have a rating of Always Observed on Maka-Diyos (M=3.73), Makatao (M=3.80), Makalikasan (M=3.48) and Makabansa (M=3.74). 23.05% have outstanding academic performance, 35.06% have very satisfactory academic performance, 26.30% have satisfactory academic performance and 15.58% have fairly satisfactory academic performance. The relationship between Maka-Diyos and academic performance listed an r value of 0.5619 and p value of 0.0324. In addition, the relationship between Makatao and academic performance garnered an r value of 0.6148 and p value of 0.0231. Also, Makakalikasan and academic performance got an r value of 0.5215 and p value of 0.0356. Makabansa and academic performance got an r value of 0.5141 and p value of 0.0312. Unique styles of teachers in integrating core values in their teaching include Providing Chances to Apply in Actual Situation and Utilizing Viral Videos as Springboard.
