——Ther researcher determined the relationship between the welfare of the teachers based on RA 4670 and work motivation of the public secondary school teachers in the Division of Pampanga during the School Year 2024-2025. Quantitative approach was utilized for this research endeavor. To be more specific, a correlational design was implemented. There were 153 secondary school teachers who became respondents in this study. Questionnaires were used to gather data. Weighted mean and Pearson r were applied for interpretation. Results show that secondary school teachers rated Implementation of RA 4670 as Occasionally on hours of work (M=2.08); seldom on health measures (M=1.21), leave and retirement benefits (M=1.30) and always on teachers’ organization (M=4.69). In addition, secondary school teachers assessed their work motivation with a general weighted mean of 3.68 or very much often. Also, hours of work and work motivation listed an r value of 0.5817 and p value of 0.0031; health measures and work motivation recorded an r value of 0.6117 and p value of 0.0302; the leave and retirement benefits and work motivation have an r value of 0.5923 and p value of 0.0315; teachers’ organization and work motivated has an r value of 0.6228 and p value of 0.0307. Lastly, a work motivation sustainability plan is proposed based on the findings of the study. Keywords: work motivation, teachers’ welfare, sustainability plan, correlation
