The quantitative methodology was used in this study. A descriptive-correlational approach was employed to test influence of variables. There was a total of 147 elementary teachers from the entire district as respondents. They were selected to ensure that substantial data were collected from the respondents. Questionnaires were used to gather data. These data were collected online. Weighted mean and multiple regression were applied for interpretation. Results tell that relational intelligence of elementary teachers had a mean of 11.74 with verbal interpretation of improving. In addition, teachers’ community linkages and professional engagement recorded a grand mean of 4.67, which implies that they are outstanding on it. Furthermore, relational intelligence was found to have a statistically significant negative effect on the dependent variable (β = 0.179, p = 0.047). Lastly, a partnership improvement plan was proposed based on the findings of the study.
