—— The study evaluated the teaching support and effectiveness of the performance assessments implemented by MAPEH Teachers in Cluster 2, Division of Pampanga, for the School Year 2024-2025. The study focused on the teachers’ descriptions of the teaching support provided to them as regards, including support for assessments, technical assistance for performance assessments, and monitoring and feedback for adjustments, the effectiveness of the performance assessments adopted to assess the performance outputs of the students, and the relationship between the teaching support provided and the effectiveness of the performance assessments. From the pool of quantitative methods, descriptive-correlational research was the specific design employed in this study. It involved 20 public high schools in the cluster, with 92 MAPEH teachers. Based on the findings, the teachers’ teaching support in terms of assessment support, technical assistance for performance assessments, and monitoring, evaluation, and feedback was rated to a “very great extent,” as evidenced by their grand mean scores of 4.41, 4.35, and 4.19, respectively. They are convinced that performance assessments used to evaluate students’ outputs are “very effective,” as indicated by their composite mean score of 4.47. A strong positive association and significant relationship were found between the teaching support provided and the effectiveness of performance assessments, as evidenced by a computed r-value of 0.673 with a p-value of less than 0.05. The proposed Project A.C.T.S. aims to enhance teaching support and improve the effectiveness of performance assessment by addressing identified gaps.
