——The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship of creative quotient of public elementary school teachers and their teaching performance during the School Year 2024-2025 in Porac West District of Division of Pampanga. The materialization of this research was completed through the utilization of quantitative research. Specifically, descriptivecorrelational research design was employed by the researcher. There were 189 respondents who were requested to answer the survey. Questionnaire and documentary analysis were employed for interpretation. Frequency and percentage and Pearson R were used for interpretation. Results tell that 46.03% of the elementary school teachers are on “Starting to be Creative” Quotient, while there are 23.28% who have low creative quotient. In addition, 100.00% of the respondents have outstanding rating in their classroom observation that demonstrates their teaching performance. Also, the relationship between creative quotient and teaching performance garnered an r value of 0.6871 and p value of 0.0328. Lastly, a creativity training plan is proposed for elementary school teachers based on the findings of the study. The study is expected to have implications on the improvement of teachers which will also increase the academic performance of students.
