Based on the results of thematic analysis the following themes were revealed: enhanced student engagement and participation, improved teaching efficiency and instructional delivery, and professional growth and adaptability in using technology. The coping mechanisms of teachers with the challenges while integrating ICT in their English classes were: proactive adaptation and contingency planning, commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, and navigating challenges with resilience and creativity. The educational management insights drawn from the findings were: enhancing teaching effectiveness and student engagement, improving teacher efficiency and encouraging creativity, and institutional support and continuous training.
